When will my item be shipped? all orders will be shipped within 24 hours of cleared funds.

What do I do if I have a problem with my item or it was damaged in transit? In the unlikely event that this occurs please contact us within 48 hour of receiving your order and we will organize a replacement or refund.

What methods of shipping do you use? we use a mix of Australia post, couriers or if you are a local customer to post code 4207 and your order is at least $39 we can personally deliver your items at no charge. 

 Do you combine shipping? Yes shipping is combined at a flat rate.
